MSU Denver Leads RMAC In Athlete Support And Success After Sports

Metropolitan State University of Denver Athletics (MSU Denver) and the team at Athlete Network are proud to announce their partnership with the goal of engaging all current and former Roadrunners student-athletes. The partnership launches a branded and customized technology platform to organize, promote, and track the programs and services offered to all current and former athletes.

Competing at the NCAA Division II level with 16 athletic programs and over 200 student-athletes, MSU Denver leads the way as the first Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) school to select Athlete Network to power its customized network.

"We are always looking for ways that we can improve our connection with our past and present student-athletes. We are excited to be working with the Athlete Network team to build a platform to engage with our current student-athletes and help to strengthen our relationship with former Roadrunners. Using technology to bridge the communication gap is vital. This platform will serve as a hub of information for all of those that wore a Roadrunners uniform."
- Todd Thurman, MSU Denver Director of Athletics

Along with expanding career services, the technology solution will also immediately provide cutting edge data insights and reporting to athletic administrators as well as extend unique benefits to former athletes, provide opportunities to engage with athletic leadership, and offer a robust mentoring program for all generations of Roadrunners athletes.

"We have been looking for a platform that can be a one-stop-shop for our student-athletes and I think we have found a great partner in Athlete Network. The ability to combine resources for academic services, career development, and make connections with past Roadrunners, will help us better serve the student-athletes at MSU Denver."
- Erin Hiltner, MSU Denver Associate Director of Athletics for Student Services & Senior Woman Administrator

"MSU Denver is highly motivated to keep their past student-athletes involved and engaged with their athletic programs, and remain committed to advancing support with their athletes during the transition to life after sports. Through their network, athletic administrators will not only be able to offer all services in one convenient location, but use data analytics to track the utilization of those services ensuring a beneficial relationship is maintained with their athletes for life."
- Brett Fuller, VP of Partnerships at Athlete Network
